InPost parcel lockers and courier – a convenient and contactless delivery method.

Order processing time

If the product is in stock, we ship it within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

If the product is currently out of stock, order processing may take up to 14 business days.

Delivery within Poland usually takes 1–2 business days from the moment the parcel is shipped.

We also offer worldwide shipping – delivery time depends on the destination country and the carrier.

Shipping costs
The delivery cost is displayed during checkout and depends on the selected shipping method and destination country.

Shipment tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can monitor its status in real time.

Customs duties and taxes
Please note that shipments outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes imposed by the customer’s local customs or tax authorities.

For shipments to Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are already included in the product price. This means no additional fees will be charged at checkout.
